Abstract

We report on the structural properties of Al-doped ZnO nanoparticles obtained by the vapour condensation methods in the solar furnance. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and XRD analysis have also been used to characterize particles. The shape and size of the obtained particles clearly depend on the preparation conditions.
