The some ideas of the using of the electronic excitation energy
transfer in macromolecular basic elements for nanoelectronics are
discussed. The model functional macromolecules with direct neutral and
charged electronic excitations transfer, problem of their design,
evaluation of some characteristics (such as value of exciton current
and its losses with the length of the macromolecular chain), the
peculiarities of synthesis and spectral testing of their functionality
are examined. The results concerning some functional compounds
including the system containing DNA bases (5'CCCGGGTTTAAA3',
5'GGGCCCAAATTT3' and their mixture) are presented.
