Electroluminescence of thin films prepared by photopolymerization

The synthesis and characterization of new materials based at monomers direactives which containing a fluorene core are described. They exhibit an efficient fluorescence and have liquid crystalline behavior. Thin films have been prepared by the in-situ photopolymerization technique order to produce polarized light emitting films and the formation of the polymer network enhances for electroluminescence. We have investigated their thermal behavior and optical properties of the polymeric material.
